Wow, this is fantastic. composition and processing. Excellent job. If I were to do anything different, I would crop it a little tighter and remove from the top to bring focus to the eye much quicker. But, that's just me :) Excellent shot!

No, it's the correct way up. The lights are on the floor, not ceiling. This is the entrance to the National Museum of Australia, in our nation's capital, Canberra. If you look at the other photo titled "Tunnel 2", you'll see it from the other direction. It is a phenomenally interesting building.
